Our principles

We naturally involve our suppliers and cooperation partners in this endeavour to improve quality and offer our qualified employees* regular opportunities for further training and education.

We hold the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification

We are committed to continuously improving the effectiveness of our management system. This includes the use of modern software programs and the constant testing of our quality management system, as well as continuous improvement.

All essential operational processes are assessed, true to the adage: There is nothing that cannot be improved.

Our efforts have paid off, as, since the beginning of 2018, we have been certified according to the quality management standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard is the most widespread and most important standard in quality management (QM) at both national and international level. TÜV Hessen is an independent certification body. The main guiding principles are, on the one hand, process orientation and, on the other, a continuous improvement process.

Our goal is to improve our performance in the area of quality through the use of the QM system and thus to permanently increase the company’s performance.
